Kids and Money

We watched a video about young kids that live in Los Angeles and how much it is to keep up with their high fashioned styles. Each kid lived in a different type of class. One boy was poor, yet he spent ever paycheck on clothes so that he could fit the style. As oppose to some 12 year old girls who lived in Calbasas, who owned everything from true religions to rock and republic jeans. I felt like these kids were so spoiled, they got anything they wanted whenever they wanted. It just shows how our society will do anything to fit in, even if it means spending hundreds of dollars on a pair of jeans that won't fit in the next couple weeks.

Curves

Alison is a young girl who is what most people call too skinny. When her friends start to talk about how fat they are and she joins in with them, they just tell her to be quiet that she doesn't have an ounce of fat on her. She feels as though she doesn't fit in just because she is not as big as the other girls. This is why she likes her thighs, because they are big and they give her some curves. making them her favorite part on her body.
